Computing Research News (CRN)

Published ten times a year and is CRA's flagship publication. CRN's target audience is computing researchers in academia, government, and industry. Email subscriptions to the publication are free.

Computing Research Policy Blog

CRA has been involved in shaping public policy of relevance to computing research for more than ten years. CRA's Government Affairs program helps the members of the computing research community to contribute to the public debate knowledgeably and effectively.

Scholarly Publications

In recent years, there has been much discussion in the Computing Research community regarding scholarly publication: how we communicate and evaluate our ideas. We have a complex, multi-layered system of workshops, conferences, and journals, each of which has evolved as our field has grown. Perhaps it is time to reassess and see if there is benefit to changing the way we publish.

CERP

The CRA Center for Evaluating the Research Pipeline (CERP) is designed to inform the computing community about patterns of entry, experience, progress, and success in academic programs and research careers, and to evaluate the effectiveness intervention programs for women and under represented minorities on these pathways.
