Week 4

So the computer I use here, Sophia, has decided that it doesn't like Mozilla. It randomly make the fonts HUGE. If you log back in and out enough times it seems to fix itself. This makes things quite frustrating. After finding out no one else had really seen this problem or knew how to fix it, I tried out Firebird. But since it's also based on Mozilla, it does the same thing. So then I tried Galeon, which at first glance seemed to work. However, the forms where still doing the same huge font thing. I think sometime soon we're going to give Sophia a fresh install and see if it fixes things.

I didn't have much coding to do during the middle part of the week, so I spent some time reading up on biochemistry.

In the latter part of the week, the interaction energies code was finished, but it's broken the minimization so I started working on that.
