Evaluation of CRA-W Projects The CRA-W Steering Committee strongly believes in the importance of evaluating CRA-W programs. Evaluations provide critical feedback on successes and areas in need of improvement, information for articles and studies on women in CSE research, and a method for staying in touch with participants. All of this helps build the community of those interested in CRA-W's mission, and allows us to strengthen CRA-W programs for future applications. CRA-W members have served on numerous planning committees and grants designed to replicate CRA-W activities, adding to the overall success of CRA-W. |
